Celebrating New Year's Eve in the mountains was a wonderful experience. The view of the sunset was breathtaking and the snow seemed to shine in shades of gold and pink. The room was warm and cozy, equipped with a fireplace and comfortable bed. The communal areas were inviting, and we enjoyed the board games and free hot cocoa. The location allowed us to go on scenic hikes and skiing at a nearby resort.
Although overall we had a great time, there were some minor dislikes. The bathroom was clean, but it lacked some basic amenities like toiletry refills and the shower's water pressure was not strong enough. There was also some noise from the nearby road, but it became less noticeable over time. The parking lot was not directly adjacent to the building, so we had to cross the icy road, which felt a bit risky late at night. despite the minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy mountain guesthouse.

On arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and hot chocolate. the location was ideal for skiing and hiking, with stunning views of the mountains and lake. the festive decorations added to the Xmas vibe. the game room provided endless entertainment and the traditional food was delicious.
The room was cold and had poor lighting. the WiFi signal was weak and often dropped.
